Charm++ and reconverse coverage

Line coverage of Charm++ (branch recharm) and reconverse from clang source-based coverage, measured weekly in CI over the test tiers: ci (the directories the regular CI runs), all (every other test the aggregator Makefiles reach), ex (the examples). Each tier is cumulative with the ones before it. How the numbers are made, and their traps, is in coverage/README.md.

Shapes are process counts (1 = one process, 2 = two processes through lcrun). Function percentages differ across compilers and are not compared here; see the report of each run.
